Besides the joke of the budget cut, what do you think of Obama's signing statement regarding the bill?

The Constitution doesn't provide for any special policy advisers, only a cabinet, who's members must be approved by the Senate. The hiring of Czars seems to be a way of bypassing the process, and that in itself seems to be unconstitutional.
