I bursted into tears . What do I do?!?

Well today I was playing a game ( assassin's creed to be exact but that don't matter) and I looked outside of my window cause i heard some noise and saw this happy family, a mum, dad and child, I just then cried and couldn't stop, I wasn't even upset really. When I was 8 my mum and dad divorced and Im guessing it's that reason why I cried, but at the time and even up till now, I haven't really cried about that , sure I was sad but not in tears, now 14 and Im still kinda crying and don't know what to do, I haven't told my dad and don't want to.
