Who will be the MAIN assassin in Assassin's Creed 3?!?!?!?

I'm a BIG AC fan, & I've been playing since the first game came out. I know that Assassin's Creed Revelations hasn't even come out, but I can't help but wonder who will be the protagonist in AC3. This is the last game where you'll be playing as Ezio, so his trilogy will end once Revelations comes out. Anyways, is Desmond going to be the main focus now or will he be in the animus playing as another ancestor of his???? Also, is AC3 going to be the last one?? :'O
