Can't Barry O get it! America needs to cut spending?

Actually the problem isn't Obama. The country wan in ruins before he even got into office. The republicans wont let him pass anything. And he's already proposed that we CUT government spending for 5 years. There are TWO OTHER branches of government that are ruining the country. But everyone wants to blame Obama.
