Why are so many people biased towards Apple stuff?

Sorry, you may not agree with this but Apple is just much better. If zunes won, than it would have been updated and competing against the ipod in 2010/2011, just like Droids are competing with iphones, personally Droids are good competition for apple, both are great products.
