Why is Parkour considered illegal by so many people?
Why is Parkour considered illegal by people if there are actual largely populated parkour sports teams in other states and countries (I heard there are some in Hong Kong) plus it plays a big factor in video games like Assassins Creed, Mirror's Edge, etc.
