Culturally speaking: Why do people keep saying Will Smith is pimping out his kids?

I saw that question. I didn't answer it. They compared him to Joe Jackson but Joe Jackson was poor, Will Smith is already rich. His kids naturally got talent and going to think different from reg. everyday kids.
