Will "he's black, stupid!" trump "it's the economy, stupid!" resulting in a 2012 Obama victory?

No... a bad economy is always bad news for the party that holds the Presidency as Americans vote their pocket books more than any other issue. If the economy turns worse throughout the rest of 2011 and into the first half of 2012, that will be bad news for Obama.
