Why is Y!Answers dis-ing my picture avatar?

I have a photo avatar; the system is refusing me. Every time I change it out, my default avatar keeps showing up , even after I removed my default avatar and uploaded a new (same) pix. What gives? Anyone else getting dis-respected by the avatar czar ?
