Why did GE CEO Corp -Obamas Czar ship thousands of Jobs to CHINA?

Unions wanted all the Cake and Eat it to! GE said see ya. Can't blame them either.They out sourced their work around the U.S. then put the rest in China. We picked a lot of work from GE by the way!
