What is actually more important for a girl to have? Good looks or good performance skills?

This conversation was something my guy coworkers were having, although at first I found it like a typical guy talk it actually got me thinking. The topic was does “Mad Skills” Trump “Hot Looks”? Well they were debating over examples like Kim Kardashian. She was totally “Super Hot” but it was clear in her sex video she had “No skills to speak off”. And they went on to talk about Paris Hilton being a better choice because she has got some “Skills” in the bedroom. And they moved on to Joanie Laurer being the “Best Pick” because she was “Attractive Enough” with some “Mad Skills” in the sack. The only reason I even paid attention was that it actually sounded, in a guy type way, that average looking girls have a good shot against super pretty girls. I do not know what to make of all this guy logic, what is your take on it?
