Should I get inFAMOUS 2 or Assassin's Creed Brotherhood?

I only have enough money to get one new game this summer. I really liked inFAMOUS, and I like superhero movies/games. I really liked Assassin's Creed 2, but I never got a chance to get ACB last year. If I get one, I can't get the other for a while, since there are so many games coming out this fall. So which game did you like more, and which one will keep me busy for the summer. BTW, I would prefer that only people who played both games answer. Thanks.
