Is there a frank sinatra song called Spice, or have the lyrics "underneath that ice, you may find spice"?

I've heard a song with the lyrics (in the chorus) "Well underneath that ice, you may find spice". It's by Frank Sinatra but I cannot find the song anywhere, but its one of my favorites! Other lyrics in the song: "Pick up a history book, thumb across the pages; Pharaohs czars, thinkers through the ages." - "Lets see how well you move, to break the ice - well remember spice, and my advice - cause often times spice, is nice." Does anyone know the name of this song?
