A fugly girl asked me out. what should i do?

a girl i work with asked me to watch drive angry with her... like a date. she is the kinda girl i would normaly date. we like the same movies and music (creed, nickelback, papa roach, etc) and i think she is relly funny and nice accept she is extremly ugly. im not pysically attracted to her @ all but i dont want to b mean and hurt her feelings. what should i say?
