Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, Smuggler Cosplay Help!!?

i want to dress as the Smuggler from Assassin's Creed Brotherhood game. i would buy the costume but i cant find it anywhere. but i did see some people who outdid themselves with making their own. id do it, but i dont know where to start! please help.
